Refund and Returns Policy

At VOGUEGLOW, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the following details regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return. Once the return is approved and the product is received, we will send the replacement item if available.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and your order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and any return shipping costs will be covered by VOGUEGLOW.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

8. International Returns
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. VOGUEGLOW is not responsible for any customs fees or delays in international returns.
